I feel like I’ve already done this…

Okay, truth be told, I have already heavily sung the praises of The Marketside’s pancakes. They’re incredible, we all know it, if I keep hyping them I’m going to start sounding like a commercial.

That being said, I never mentioned Tony. I’ve mentioned Mike about a thousand times (he is the face you see when you go in, after all), but nobody talks about Tony. So let’s fix that: Tony is awesome.

First off, he has mastered the pancake. I’ve had pancakes there when he isn’t on the grill, and they’re not as magical. Tony has mastered the art of the pancake. I don’t know if there’s a word for a person that is the best pancake cook in the Western Hemisphere, but if there was, it would be Tony’s title.

In addition to the pancakes, Tony’s the Vice President of the Pine Avenue Redevelopment Project. Now PARP is awesome: it’s a group of Pine Avenue businesses and residents that are trying to bring the street back to its heyday, and I just love them for existing.

Now, if you excuse me, I’m going to relax with a stomach full of delicious pancakes.
