It’s not even wide in the news yet, but Niagara Falls is getting new development.

The Montante Group has been tapped to develop land on Niagara Street, near the Seneca Niagara Casino.

Market rate apartments are expected, as well as a business incubator from Niagara University.

This goes along with news that Community Beer Works is expanding its project to be twice the size of its original concept.

Niagara Street is quickly becoming a hot spot for development, and more development in the area is expected to come in the near future.
