Flock, that photo above is my Copperchef pan after frying two eggs: no oil, no butter, no lubrication whatsoever.

I could slide the eggs all over the place! They didn’t even remotely stick!

I picked up this bad boy yesterday after my last non-stick pan failed me. This is my old pan:

Yeah, that’s right: I put the warped heathen plate where it belonged!

If anybodt offers you a Copperchef pan, take it.
