On a whim, I decided to try our the new Smokehouse pizza from Little Caesars. The pizza has pulled pork, brisket, and applewood bacon with barbecue sauce and a seasoned crust.
I was skeptical of Little Caesar’s ability to pull this level of meat off. LC never struck me as a high meatcraft place, although their bacon wrapped deep dish was always on point.
I am an idiot for ever doubting them.
The Smokehouse pizza is simply fantastic. The meat is actually of a high caliber, and the barbeque sauce doesn’t overpower the pizza like I was worried it would do. Even the seasoned crust blends wonderfully. This is an exceptional pizza not just for Little Caesars, but for most pizza places in general.
If you’re near a Little Caesars, I highly recommend picking this one up.
