Continuing Never Ending Pasta month, today I’ll be reviewing Olive Garden’s asiago garlic Alfredo.
This. is. garlic.
Those are chunks of garlic in the sauce. This is one of those sauces you avoid on any and all dates, business lunches, or anytime you might have close-contact with other sentient creatures for the next week and a half.
That being said, it’s pretty good.
The asiago is a nice touch to the sauce, balancing out the garlic taste. It adds a crispiness to the sauce that just works.
If you like garlic, garlic, garlic and garlic, you’ll like this sauce.
