The Niagara Falls city council results are in, and there’s a shakeup in members (but not in power).
Democrat William Kennedy wins the first seat.
Democrat Incumbent Andrew Touma wins the second seat.
Republican Chris Voccio wins the third seat.
A 3/2 Democrat majority will be the name of the game in the Niagara Falls City Council.
The biggest upset was the loss for longtime councilwoman Kristen Grandinetti. The councilwoman was unable to secure enough votes to retain her seat, and joins Sam Archie and Robert Pascoal in the bottom three.
