Starry Night Cafe Review

Two food reviews in one month? I’m really outdoing myself, flock.

We’re heading into the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center to grab a bite at the Starry Night Cafe. This one was actually recommended to me by multiple people, and for some reason it took me years to go.

Well, now I need to get over the fact that I’ve been missing this delightful little place for all this time!

From what I’ve heard, the owner (Joe) used to be a high-end caterer. I’ve also heard that he’s made a deal with the fae to make his food this good, but I haven’t been able to corroborate that (and trust me: I have my methods).

I decided to get a combo: half of an Estrella and a cup of soup.

Flock, it’s as good as it looks. The Estrella is their elegant take on a BLT, featuring chipotle aioli and avocado to balance out the sandwich. It was, without a doubt, one of the best BLT sandwiches I have ever had.

They also have insanely good brownies, as well as a new special whipped up by Joe daily. It’s not like I need an excuse to hang out at the NACC, but this definitely helps. Also, if you’re lucky, you might run into Joe’s adorable dog!

The Starry Night Cafe is located in the NACC at 1201 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.

Have a place in Niagara I should check out? Let me know in the comments!
