I was passenger on the Thruway today, and I saw something I thought I’d never seen.

Hentai on a car.

What the heck is this?! How is this street legal? Somebody thought this was a good idea. Somebody paid someone to put this on their hood, and somebody at a body shop said “yeah, this is fine.”

I took a photo of it because I knew nobody would believe me if I told them.
