We’re back on our Greek kick this week with a trip to Olympia Restaurant in North Tonawanda to try out their open souvlaki.
I tried the half & half souvlaki, which is half beef and half gyro. It comes with greek salad and pita, and is awesome.
Greek salad is lettuce, spinach, hot peppers, green peppers, greek olives, tomatoes, and a mountain of feta. It is really, really good.
The meat was cooked well, and the entire flavor is uniquely wonderful.
If you’re not a meat eater, you can always just order the greek salad on its own: it’s a mountain of food, and will fill you up.
The Olympia Restaurant is located at 3312 Niagara Falls Boulevard in North Tonawanda, NY.

Is there anyway to get it without the gyro? Looks good!
